Support, Strategy, and Community for Yoga Teachers with Natalie Perez & Meg Sangimino.

What we do

A community catered to your needs as a yoga teacher

The Thriving Yogi Kula is a community for yoga teachers who want to feel supported on their path AND constantly evolve and grow as teachers.

We're creating an intentional, supportive space for yoga teachers to connect away from social media and grow on their teaching paths.

Join our community to meet yoga teachers like you who share your interests, who live near you, who teach the same styles, or who care about the same topics.

Here's what you can expect when you join:

Monthly Workshops

The topics for these workshops are picked based on our monthly themes, which are designed to support you on your teaching path.

Topics can be related to yoga teaching skills, planning classes, workshops, and retreats, or business strategy, to name a few!

Weekly Class Planning prompts

Every week a new prompt goes up designed to inspire your teaching for the week.

If you ever feel like it's a challenge to carve out time to plan your classes, these prompts will support you tremendously so that you walk into every class feeling prepared and confident!

Monthly Pose Clinics

Every month we'll break down a different pose, look at its alignment, the muscles engaged or lengthened, and discuss how to best cue the pose in your teaching.

It's a great way to add new poses to your teaching rotation so that you stay inspired and your students stay motivated!

Monthly Business Strategy Office Hours

Come to office hours with all of your business-related questions and leave with clarity and direction.

This is what's missing from most YTT programs  - how do you make money as a yoga teacher??

On these calls you have the opportunity to get support on your specific needs so that you can move forward and succeed.

weekly yoga with natalie

One of the absolute best things you can do to grow as a yoga teacher is to keep practicing, and to practice with other teachers. That's why all Kula members get access to a weekly live zoom yoga class with Natalie. If you can't make it live, sign up to get the recording and practice on your own time!

why we do it

We’ve been there

Your YTT might have left you with more questions than answers. The Kula is a space to navigate those questions that don’t have easy or obvious answers (the stuff you can’t Google) - together, in community.

We know that teaching yoga can be a lonely path. One riddled with imposer syndrome, self-doubt, and uncertainty.

Inside The Kula, we are tackling those challenges and learning how to teach better, more engaging classes. All while finding inspiration and sharing stories, experiences, and ideas around teaching and practicing yoga.

We want to move away from mindless distractions

The Thriving Yogi Kula is not just another Facebook group. In fact, this community is not on social media at all!

We utilize a platform called Mighty Networks to meet and connect in a mindful and intentional way. No mindless scrolling here.

Actively contribute to the community we're building online and in real life so that together we can have a positive impact on the world.
